Step 1: Heat

PLACE the mask on a clean plate and microwave (800W) for 25 seconds.

Step 2: Test Temperature

TEST: Always touch with fingers first to test the temperature before applying to closed eyes.

Step 3: Leave On

LEAVE ON: for 10 minutes to allow the heat to work.

Eyelid Massage

Massaging the upper lid downwards and the lower lid upwards

The sebaceous glands are emptied by gently rubbing the lower lid from bottom to top, and the upper lid from top to bottom.

Eyelid Cleaning

  1. Apply solutionfor cleaning lid
  2. Apply to eyelidsas directed
  3. Gently massageinto eyelid to remove debris
  4. Allow to remainfor 1 minute before rinsing

Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen to the treated area and the area around your eyes, and avoid direct prolonged sun exposure for at least 48 hours.
